Right behind them is Grapevine, with one-bedrooms at $1,470 and two-bedrooms at $1,840. Dallas and Plano are next—both sitting at $1,470 for a one-bedroom, but Dallas edges higher for two-bedrooms at $2,060. These rents are Insane. My newly built home, 1940 sq ft 3-2-2 , on an oversized lot is 1535 a month. That is the Mortgage payment....

It doesn’t surprise me at all. Right after Covid my rent in FRISCO jumped $500. It was time to move at that point. I was in a prime location but my apartment was small for what the price increased to.
