“You think I or the department receive compensation for removing children?” No…not removal but adopting children out the department receives financial incentive thanks to the adoption and families act. That is literally written into the law… so yes the DEPARTMENT not the caseworker receives money for adopting children out and not for reunification. The law is available for public view and it’s the one thing that allows CPS to remain the biggest ring of child traffickers. Hi, my names Renee and I was a parent wronged by CPS whose state governor became involved with my case because of the proven wrong doing and manipulation in 2019. Maine CPS shows especially the department is not looking out for the well being of the child when many children in state custody in Maine have wound up dead… there were 6 children deaths between June and July 2019 of whom were in state custody.

They will say anything to try and trigger you when you’re at your most vulnerable. They did it to me I hate social workers more than anything.

I was in DCFS custody as a kid. I was also an investigator out of the same office. DCFS does not take children for money

As a social worker l wish her responses to you were a little less pressured and more patient/ reassuring. You are entitled to your feelings and questions. You literally just gave birth and have CPS in your room. I think that deserves a high level of sensitivity and understanding

never talk to cps without an attorney, they have ZERO, AND I MEAN ZEROOOO oversight, they can do, say, or report anything they like, and there is NO ONE or NO WAY of checking, nor is their anyone to hold them accountable. They need body cams ect!
