Thank God the Captain and Officers were not a bullies like most and they were very calm and understanding but also did their job and the guy didnt resist. Lord help this man in every way that he needs and dont let this situation define him but let him become better and choose a better way of life.

Due to an addiction they will have to offer him treatment and his job back. He may get fined but being an addiction issue things are a little fuzzier. My ex boss stole money ( a lot more than this) due to gambling issues and was offered his job back due to addiction issue.
