For me it’s just knowing how the whole trajectory of our family life will change. Kids graduation, wedding day, birth of grandchildren etc and just overall how my kids will be in split family life 😭

In my head, I think this could be our last Christmas as a family. But the actual reality of real life makes me go into fawn mode and I just see myself here again in 12 months. I also have no one to talk to who understands how hard this all is. I’m broken.
