@ash_cinematics: Eldhraun Lava Field is a huge, moss-covered lava landscape in South Iceland that was created by the Laki eruption back in 1783–1784. Over the years, soft green moss slowly grew over the hardened lava, forming these strange, rounded shapes that honestly make the place look like another planet. It stretches for miles between Vík and Kirkjubæjarklaustur and is one of the largest lava fields in the world — often compared to the surface of Mars because of how raw and untouched it feels. #Eldhraun #Iceland #VisitIceland #IcelandTravel #icelandnature
