We have a running joke in our family about In&Out burger. My Mom was complaining, as usual, and we asked her what was wrong with the food this time and she shrugged, "I don't know. Too many fries". Now whenever we go out to eat we ask her, "Too many fries?"😂

I’m in the uk. We stop taking food orders 15 mins before the kitchen closes, last call for drinks 20 mins before the bar shuts. 30 minutes drinking up time. If at that point anyone is still there music goes off lights go out doors are locked you’ll have to use the side exit and I’ll got to the table and take the glasses tell them it’s time to leave and walk them to the door. No waiting 90 mins for them to chill. Thats insane. Anyone complains and we tell them we’re not insured to have them inside outside of opening hours never had a problem.

Last night I let my 6yo watch one of your skits with me and right after she goes “a restaurant skit” and did a little dance and asked to watch one more ☺ There’s so many learning opportunities here for how to treat (and not treat) wait staff, proper social behavior, reasonable expectations, and laughter of course.
