@theorganisedeverydaymum: 24 Days of Christmas Cooking 🎄 - Day ten Festive brownie bites 🎄🎅🏽 Brownies: 1 1/3 cup caster sugar 3/4 cup brown sugar 1 cup plain flour 3 eggs 175g unsalted butter just melted and cooled. 1tsp vanilla extract 150g dark chocolate melts Add everything but the melts to a bowl and mix well. Add in melts and mix again. Press mixture down in lined brownie baking tray Cook in over for 45-50 mins at 160degrees Celsius Allow to cool in pan before cutting Buttercream I used the @csrsugar butter cream icing mix and followed instructions by beating 150g softened butter until pale and slowly add in icing mix and 3 tsp water.
