I don’t know if those people were corrupt. In the us making a lot of money is not itself inherently corrupt or criminal. It’s possible it’s both. But that’s not always the case.

In Finland we don't exactly see corruption because it is "inbuilt" to system. Here also always those who are responsible especially losses which concern state are not been punished. They just walk away and even cn keep their positions. 😁
