I do meditate twice a day myself Madelief, once before work around 3.00am and then again at around 6.00pm 🙏🏼 The morning time helps to sustain a calmness throughout the day and the evening helps relax the body and mind for a relaxing sleep 🙏🏼 I love all you do to help yourself along so beautifully with your life 🫶🏼💫 Wishing you a blessed and joyful day my dear friend, take care 💕🙏🏼🌹

Love this post. I would really like to follow your advice and take that time out every day. Having your head so full of thoughts and worries, that you can't analyse or resolve because they're all fighting for your attenion and time, constantly creating anxiety and stress. Life unfortunately feels like it's running at 100mph and the longer you take to find the time to resolve the thoughts and worries the greater the stress and anxiety becomes. It's a vicious circle. Appreciate your content as always x💕
