To the people that are getting into the comment section of my original post, my family runs a tow company. We’ve been in business since 1998 if your car gets damaged by a tow company in the process of them, towing it picking it up or moving it, they are liable for all damages to your vehicleall damages so don’t let these other people in the comment section saying that’s not true. It actually is true to companies are responsible for damage to your vehicle.

won’t hurt anything could he have used skates yes, but a lot of companies iv worked for don’t want the car in neutral being winched up incase the cable breaks i personally just drive all police arrest onto the bed

See that’s when you sue the tow company and then you sue the police department for giving the order to the tow company to do so and then you just get a new car simple as that
