I disagree. Before 2015, buying a home or going to college were both good investments. Today, the cost for both are extremely expensive making it difficult for many to obtain.

Ever since the federal government starting backing student loans tuition has skyrocketed… thats the trap, gov stops back student loans and tuition goes down drastically
