@hicarsondogss: Creme Brulee, Martha, and Maple arrived as strays early last month. Maple was adopted yesterday. Martha still spends most of her time sitting quietly in her kennel and Creme is just… there. Maple and Martha are some of the happiest, sweetest, most social, playful dogs we know. And yet Creme is so shut down. We don’t know what happened to her. We don’t know their past, who their family was, how they were treated, or how they ended up lost. Both girls are on their final 72-hour notice and will be euthanized in just a few days. They are not required to be adopted together, but we truly believe that if Martha and Creme left together, it could help Creme build confidence. She’ll need someone incredibly special.. someone with time, patience, and a gentle heart to help her come out of her little shell. Creme is 4 years old. Martha is 3 years old.Both are available for adoption at Carson Animal Shelter in Gardena, California. We’re open Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. No appointment is needed.
