𝙎𝙖𝙞𝙡𝙤𝙧 𝙈𝙤𝙤𝙣 𝙍𝙤𝙪𝙩𝙚 🇯🇵 Minato neighborhood (Tokyo) I’m so excited to share the route we took in Tokyo’s Minato Ward, the place that inspired Naoko Takeuchi to recreate Juban, the neighborhood where Sailor Moon lives and where the story takes place. 📍 Azabu-Juban Station This is the subway station and the first cover where Sailor Moon and Tuxedo Mask appear. Right next to it, there’s a cute little square with a fountain where Usagi meets her friends throughout the story. 📍 Azabu Hikawa Shrine 麻布氷川神 Rei Hino’s temple, Sailor Mars. So peaceful and beautiful—perfect for a little break. We bought omamoris and hung an ema; it was such a magical moment ✨. Walking from the station to the shrine, you’ll pass streets and squares that feel like the Sailor Scouts could have wandered through 😍. 📍 Toyo Eiwa Girls’ School Elementary School 東洋英和女学院小学部 This school inspired the design of Juban Middle School. Here you’ll find the red cover where the five guardians appear in kimono—my absolute favorite! 📍 Tokyo Tower 東京タワー It’s so stunning that photos don’t do it justice. I highly recommend going all the way up for the amazing views of Tokyo. We went at sunset, and watching the sun set while the city lights turned on was just magical ✨. Nearby is the green cover, where the five Sailor Scouts appear. 📍 Minato City Minato Public Library 港区立みなと図書館 Here’s the library and the blue cover, where the five Sailor Scouts also appear. 📍 Keio Nakadori Shopping Street 慶応仲通り商店街 Here’s the last cover, the yellow one, where the five guardians appear!
