I tried to implement that with my boss but she wants to talk everything through to the nth details. Side note: I’m a sr director and she is a VP. Feels like kindergarten and we don’t need all the meetings but they are obsessed with the perception of control 😭

I also told my teams no internal meetings should last longer than 30 minutes, and please don’t invite me to a group meeting unless they have decisions for me to make. Group think is the biggest time killer.
