ATL- Hartsfield Jackson Int airport is a well oiled machine. It’s definitely busy. The line at TSA is long. And while people say you should be there 3hrs before hand with security you want extra time. If you know what you’re doing ATL is great but if you don’t then it’s a nightmare.

I was at Atlanta earlier this month when we had a 4 hour ground stop. It was so peaceful when I arrived in from the city, but as planes finally got cleared to land, it became so crowded so fast

Atlanta and Charlotte are like THE worst airports. When things are smooth, they are very smooth…. But one minor wrinkle and operations domino out of control and they can’t recover.

Oh trust me that train stops. They have one cart running after a certain time and it takes about 30 minutes for it to come back sometimes longer.

There is nothing cheap about ATL. I flew in and out of there for 24 years and booked 2 months out. I had the second highest expenses in my dept. 🙄
