I should study my day and break patterns and triggers that deflect me from feeling Joy..for me awakening has filled me with gratitude for not everyone is lucky enough to have this experience..and I understand it was absolutely necessary because I decided I no longer can continue in the path I have been on and started an endless fast for things to change..I was never ready for this process it completely shattered my reality and I had to ground myself in my beliefs..it's like you are answering all my questions and I don't feel crazy because I'm not the only one going through this process..I really thought I lost my mind I cut off all communications with human beings and I isolated myself..😂😂
