as a kid watching ER I hated weaver but watching ER as an adult I sympathize with weaver and everything she went through she was one of the few adults in that hospital dealing with teenagers

Maybe I need to watch it to understand why they don’t like her, bc I felt like she made a good decision here. Even his little rants after and working despite her telling him to go home shows his blantant disrespect towards his superiors and his willingness to go to someone who isn’t his superior when he’s not getting his way.
