While I still have loose skin in my lower stomach from having babies & weight gain I’m still so happy to see that I can still reduce it as much as I could🤞🏽& im still going for more 💪🏽 BTW this is a 2 year transformation! This is why I’m always advocating to lift weights, build that muscle & do your deep core exercises because yes u can lose weight but w/ losing a big amount of weight u risk getting loose skin & unfortunately it isn’t 100% avoidable but by building muscle while losing fat u can definitely help to not get it as much. Lift them weights, eat your protein, & do your deep core exercises 💪🏽❤️ #bodytransformation #progress #transformation #weightlossjouney #Fitness
