These are nice and convenient, but I feel that splicing and using wire nuts is still the best connection.

Definitely against code, not sure you should be showing this. Need 6” before any connection or splice.

I’m not an electrician I’m just learning. So why you have two wires in the box? Is it the same wire which supposed to go on for other box?

Just out of curiosity how is this impacted by “6 in of wire with 3in extending from box, unless the opening is 8in” can’t remember the exact reference number. Is this mostly an inspector understanding the situation or is there some exception?
