@drtony.nyc: Women 40+ often notice more night cramps, anxiety spikes and broken sleep, and think it’s “just hormones”. Timing your magnesium can actually make a big difference. In this Reel I break down the 3 best moments to take it: in the evening to support deeper sleep, with food to keep your stomach happy, and in a split dose (morning + night) to help keep levels more stable. Forms like citrate or glycinate are often better tolerated and may support your nervous system, energy and bone health. Follow, save this for later, and comment “MAGNESIUM” if you want a quick checklist you can screenshot. Remember: real health starts inside. #medicine #health #healthtips #magnesium #over40

I no longer take melatonin(5mg then 10mg, 15,20,30 mg max) before bed bec no longer works for me. So now I use amino acid L-theanine 100-200mg. It works great.
+ I do continue taking Magnesium: 200mg w brkfast & 200mg before bed.

I’ve been doing this since 2020 and have noticed I’ve been able to fall asleep easier at night. And for those nights it just won’t slow my brain enough I take 1mg of melatonin. Sleep like a baby then.

I was getting night cramps , muscle movement in my calves constantly every night, didn’t sleep much because off the problem. My doctor put it down to rls. I saw one off your vidios a while ago about taking magnesium, so I thought I would try. Since I have been talking magnesium, I now do not have the trouble with my legs, so thank u and keep up the excellent work that u do. 😘👍❤️
