Psychology and neuroscience is such an interesting things to learn omggg I loveee!! .Fun fact ,it’s easy for you to fall in love with someone if they heal your trauma and you’ve subconsciously attached them to a form of stress relief which is not good enough because what happens when they leave? 😅That’s why people find it hard to let go of relationships that might not be serving them .It’s not sustainable!!

Also watching youtube videos on random topics that interest your mind and i’m talking the most random things, how things are built, how cheese and wine is made, or sociocultural issues like feminism and colorism (i recommend khadija mbowe’s vids for these cuz they’re fun and also educational—you won’t bore easily)
