Yes but it’s not the same for everyone you think it’s mnm it could just be that you’re one of the lucky ones, my friend is 61 has great skin goes to the gym joined a walking group and now a dance group so you see I’m the opposite of her so it could just be your luck 🍀

went a 18 months without one then bang it comes back, when speaking with doctor they recommend 2 years now before your in actual menopause

apparently im perimenopausal... im struggling so much... this period started on 13th June the one before started on boxing day n lasted till may! I just cant cope... im 54..

I’m nearly 53 I’m post menopausal. Not had a period for around 5-6 years been a tough ride with late diagnosed adhd . Exercise no processed foods into nature and no alcohol thanks ❤️. You need to be 2-3 years before you are post menopause take care ❤️🏴🙏
