Just take GLPs. Study after study shows that people who diet, consistently, cut their calories, exercise only lose 2% compared to those individuals who take GLP1 and GLP2. in other words, taking a GLP 2, the individuals loss approximately 18% of the body way. Those who just strictly diet worked out watch the calories and did everything right only lost 2% of their body over six months. The evidence is clear. Old school dieting and cutting calories is a waste of time. Your body fights against you. Your hormones fight against you. And is not long-term. i take GLP 3 here in Asia and it is a game charger. I lose weight effortlessly, without even thinking about it, sometimes I forget to eat. And I’m not losing muscle because this new GLP three is designed to reduce the chances of losing muscle while dieting. all these weight loss videos and information presented is out of date. It’s a waste of time. Is what the young people called old school. Even if you don’t have access to GLP3, go with GLP 2. this is the best decision I’ve ever made for my health!

also to burn fat we need glucose, specifically oxaloacetate , if we do not supply carbohydrates the body will start to process proteins and since there are no reserves outside the muscles, catabolism is the only option.
