I used to make cold brew lattes and we used cold brew concentrate instead of espresso shots!!! Very tasty and a great substitution for espresso if you cant get your hands on a machine/method of brewing some

I ran after school programs for years, sometimes if students weren’t getting to their incentives myself/my staff would do big one off earning opportunities. Like any cleaning/organizing projects around the school that kids could help with or community service type stuff. If we clean up on time every day this week, I’ll give our group this many bonus points. If we can do this thing our class struggles with for three days in a row, I’ll give this many bonus points. Helps get the kids into collaboration mode too which is nice around the holidays when everything else is madness, and helps them stay locked in when their brains are already on winter break lol
