I understand the importance of maintaining a strong customer base. However, when the starting price for a laptop is $2,500, it naturally limits the audience you’re able to reach. At that price point, you're appealing to a very specific and smaller segment of the market. I might go back to Windows.

I dont see them doing oled because for the people that we use it, photographers, videographers, graphic designers, etc, the most important part is the color accuracy, and for that the XDR is better. Doesn't have this weird color shifting that exist in oled, doesn't burn in NEVER, none of the pixels loose power with years, whites don't change with the brightness, and speaking of brightness it has a better one.

You can already send texts and make calls on a mac with an iPhone nearby (granted one needs WiFi usually), I don’t know why I’d need to pay extra for 5G on a MacBook.
