sculpture mugs are better for keeping pencils and stuff. Plus they're usually made of that really light ceramic, like it feels not dense enough, and they're very prone to chipping from normal use.

The tree one is meant for hot chocolate so the whipped cream can be the top of the tree

So fun fact about these mugs! They’re all made through a process called slip casting where the manufacturers pour what is essentially liquid clay into a plaster mold let it sit for a sec then dump the excess out leaving only the thinner layer of clay that dried out a bit left. That’s why in all the sculptural ones you get all those weird lumps and bumps inside!
