@domsdadadvice: Stop Fighting Cardboard Boxes with Dull Knives Welcome back to "Dad Tools You Never Knew You Needed," where we ditch the manual box cutter for something much more efficient. If you are drowning in a pile of delivery boxes and only have one recycling bin, these electric scissors are the ultimate solution. This rotary tool glides through cardboard effortlessly, cutting your breakdown time in half without the strain or safety risks of a traditional utility knife. * Effortless Cutting: The rotary blade walks itself through the cardboard so you hardly have to push. * Save Time: Break down a mountain of boxes in seconds compared to manual cutting. * Maximize Bin Space: Easily chop large boxes into small pieces to fit in your recycling bin. * Safe Alternative: Reduces the risk of slipping and cutting yourself with a manual razor blade. What is the best tool for breaking down cardboard boxes? How to cut cardboard quickly for recycling? Are electric scissors worth it for home use? #tiktokshopholidayhaul #tiktokshopcreatorpicks #dadtools #cardboardcutter #fasttrackseries

But cutting up cardboard randomly does not make the job easier. Cutting the tape on the box, collapsing it and laying it flat does make the job easier. This is weird

You can't possibly be a dad. You didn't even chuckle when you said "cut your time in half." 👎

We always call a professional, when it's beyond us, but we're pretty proud of our "Dad tools". The wife was a #crafter and introduced us to a whole new realm--crafters are very innovative when it comes to #tools and resources.

I got these so I could make the cardboard cat scratcher pads instead of buying premade ones, One tool that will save me money on cat scratch pads in the long run. ☺️

I have one of those. It works well if you get the right angle on it. If not then instead of a nice quick cut you have to pull it through with more force than the knife. But overall it does save time on the larger boxes.
