my problem with overthinking is that I've recently learned how slowly control/self-regulate my emotions and thoughts, but it all comes crashing down when i can FEEL what another person is feeling. if i make myself believe everything is going to be okay i believe it, but another person comes and anxiously goes "we're going to d1e" it's like i can FEEL their anxiety and i start overthinking and feeling so so bad even though I KNOW we're fine. i can't stop "adopting" other people's fears and anxiety and just focus on my own thoughts or feelings
