Once I switched to underscrubs/yoga tops, I felt so much cooler at work. The under scrubs breathe so much better than regular scrub tops. The only time that I choose not to wear them is if I am severely bloated that day, because then it is everyone's business.

I have excema thats pretty bad on my arms. I wear underscrubs everyday and dont wear a scrub top because it would be too many layers for me. If I need to I add in a vest.
