Please like, comment, and SHARE! 🙏 🔍 Episode Overview: At 1:43 a.m. on April 27, 2025, Officer Stephen Molenda of the Villa Park Police Department spotted a 2005 Volkswagen sedan weaving wildly west on Roosevelt Road. A caller from Elmhurst had reported a reckless driver nearby. Molenda radioed dispatch. This car fit the description perfectly. The driver kept swerving. He hit his lights and pulled her over. He approached the driver, identified as Juana Cerriteno. An alcohol smell hit him right away. He saw clear signs of impairment too. She fumbled for her papers but couldn't find them. An open alcohol container sat inside the car. Her two passengers were her son and daughter. He suspected she was drunk. He asked her to do field sobriety tests. She refused every one. Erratic driving, booze odor, impairment clues, open container, and her refusal added up. Molenda arrested her for DUI. He cuffed her, put her in the patrol car, and took her to the station. He told the kids to get out. The car needed towing. All three had been drinking. Her daughter said they came from Allstate Arena that night. At the station, he read the Warning to Motorist form. She refused proper breath tests. They processed her and let her go until court.
