Liquid blush - formulation : water / watetgel, good for no make up look. Cream - formulation : oil/wax, good for dewy foundation, good with liquid foundation but alone doesn't perform well, (esp in humid weather), if u apply powder it could lift your blush. Also good for dry skin. Powder blush - formulation :dry pigment, MIGHT CONTAIN TALC, good for powdered skin, good for good coverage, performs good in humidity, not good on textured skin and dry flaky skin,

i have textured skin and i actually prefer powder blush as long as it is matte and does not have shine since the shine emphasizes the texture while most matte blushes blurs the skin
