Sprouts supet firm is 14g protein and 130 calories. It's less than $4 at my store. I love TJ's, but it's too far away for me to shop regularly.

Costco’s Kirkland brand has super firm tofu, one block has about 53 grams of protein, 10 grams of protein per serving. There’s four in a box, which cost less than $6!!!! It isss less protein than Trader Joe… costs less, does need pressing beforehand lowkey depending on cooking method… but it could be worth trying! I like it so far and I recommend it. Try it!!!!
