I have “remember, no man is a failure who has friends” tattooed on me. I quoted the film for my father’s funeral. It’s played a pivotal role in my life. I believe it’s not just the best Christmas film ever made, but one of the best films ever made full stop.

I absolutely lose it when Clarence gets his wings. Clarence was my grandpa’s name. But I don’t think I can watch it this year, I just lost my mom in September and we always watched it together.
