Do you usually exercise when you’re not pregnant too?? Just wondering for myself if would work if I make it a routine even if when I’m not pregnant I never exercised 😢

Would love to see some snacks you give him throughout the day? We usually do fruit with breakfast but I also wanna start doing smoothies bc she loves them, but worry if it’s too much fruit especially if I give an applesauce pouch later in day!
