Please train employees to be more welcoming. Every single time I’ve been there the employees are annoyed or unhappy. I try to be as polite as possible too.

Ok, 1. There’s zero parking so be prepared, 2. They do not open until 1pm, 3. The Yule Tide Ball event suggests reservations although it says it’s free but you should book a spot just in case. So it’s 12:20pm and we are waiting patiently for it to open to check it out
