@heathersb_: Ina’s molten lava brownie was delicious! 🍫🍨 Ingredients • 2 sticks unsalted butter, plus extra for buttering the dish • 4 extra-large eggs, room temperature • 2 cups sugar • ¾ cup cocoa powder • ½ cup all-purpose flour • 1 tsp vanilla extrac 1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Butter a 2-quart (about 9×12×2-inch) baking dish. 2. Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. 3. In a mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, beat the eggs and sugar on medium-high for 5–10 minutes until very thick and light yellow. 4. In separate bowl sift together cocoa powder and flour. 5. Mix Together: Reduce mixer speed to low and add vanilla. Then add the cocoa–flour mixture — mix just until combined. With the mixer still on low, slowly pour in the cooled butter and mix until just incorporated. 6. Pour batter into the prepared dish. Place dish inside a larger baking pan and pour hot tap water into the outer pan so it comes halfway up the sides. This water bath ensures even, gentle baking. 7. Bake: Bake for 1 hour. The center will look under-baked first out of the oven 😉 8. Cool & Serve: Let cool slightly (it firms up a bit), then serve warm with vanilla ice cream if you like. Tips & Notes • The texture is indulgently molten in the middle with a crisp-crackly top when right out of the oven. After it fully cools the inside thicker and more brownie like ✨#brownie#browniepuddingt#inagartenc#EasyRecipesu#asmrsounds
