my elementary school teacher taught us that the metacarpals are the hands because they steer the cars (our "car pals") and metatarsals are the feet because they go on the tar (like the road). it is the only way I remember

I don't dance like you do but I do employ a lot of movement in my performances. I need to check out the toe spacers! Also, for those who break out from coconut oil, Albolene is a great first step when removing stage make up. It's pretty cost-effective too
