@itx_muhammad44: Today I am going to perform a Stool Routine Examination (Stool R/E) by preparing a slide and observing it under the microscope. First, I will take a small portion of the stool sample and mix it with normal saline on a clean slide to make a smooth suspension. Then I will place a coverslip gently to avoid air bubbles and examine the slide under low and high power to check for ova, cysts, trophozoites, mucus, pus cells, RBCs, fat globules, and any parasites.
