@matriachofmagic: I share this because sometimes people are dealing with disabilities that we can't see in their appearance. I got diagnosed in May 2024, when I was a year and a half postpartum from losing my daughter to stillbirth, and I already felt like my body had betrayed me.. Despite living an "holistic/organic" lifestyle for the last decade and "doing everything right" (or so I thought). I was in shock I had this disorder that has no known cure and caused irreversible hearing loss, the ENT said I had the hearing of a 70 year old. 😩 I have been able to manage my symptoms with diuretic herbs and the hearing aid has tremendously helped! I no longer have chronic tinnitus! #hearingloss #disability
