1 malzemeli çıtır patates cips / 1 ingredient potato chips Haşladığımız patatesleri süzgeçten geçiriyoruz. (Bu etapta patatesler hamur kıvamını alıyor başka hiçbir malzeme eklemiyoruz.) Sıkma torbasına alıp yağlı kağıt serili tepsiye sıkıyoruz. Bir bardak ve yağlı kağıtla şekil veriyoruz. 160 derece önceden ısıtılmış alt üst ayar fırında ortalama 30 dakika pişiriyoruz. Afiyet olsun🩷 ***Çıtır çıtır olmasındaki püf nokta patatesler altın sarısı olduktan sonra fırını kapatıp 10-15 dakika çıkarmadan bekletmek.🙏 We pass the boiled potatoes through a colander. (At this stage, the potatoes become dough-like; no other ingredients are added.) Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and pipe it onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Shape them using a glass and parchment paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C (top and bottom heat) for about 30 minutes. Enjoy! 🩷 The secret to making them extra crispy: Once the potatoes turn golden, turn off the oven and leave them inside for 10–15 minutes without taking them out. 🙏 #sudeerdogan #chips
