I know in a lot of states you can't have a pool that's not filled in with dirt. you have to have it professionally decommissioned. it sucks, but they didn't do their research

if you don't have a reason to have house insurance don't even have it it's a gimmick and a waste I know somebody that had a tree hit their roof it only put two small damaged shingles more or less just two shingles needed replaced but the damn insurance company was trying to force them to buy a new roof because they said it was only 8 years old and needed replaced in fact they were like if you want to cancel my insurance because of two damaged shingles go ahead I don't know why these companies like to overstep their boundaries
