Day 9 of sharing easy dinner recipes! 🍽️ BBQ Cheeseburger Foil Packets are easy, delicious, and something the whole family likes! INGREDIENTS 1 bag baby potatoes, quartered 1 onion, chopped 1/2 bag baby carrots, sliced Olive oil 1 tsp each salt, pepper, dry mustard, onion powder, garlic powder, and smoked paprika 4 (1/4 lb) burger patties BBQ sauce 1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese 4 pieces of bacon, cooked and crumbled Fried onions INSTRUCTIONS Chop an onion, slice the baby carrots in half, and quarter a bag of baby potatoes. Lay out a couple of pieces of aluminum foil. Spray the foil with cooking spray. Add a handful of potatoes, a handful of onion and some baby carrots. Drizzle a little bit of olive oil over the veggies. Season with a little bit of the seasoning blend. Top with a burger patty and season with a little bit more seasoning. Top the burger with a drizzle of BBQ Sauce. Wrap aluminum foil up tightly. Repeat until all 4 foil packets are assembled. Heat a grill over medium heat. Place foil packets on the grill and cook for about 25 minutes or until the ground beef is fully cooked and the veggies are tender. Carefully open the foil packet and add some shredded Colby Jack cheese, bacon, and fried onions. Place back on the grill to melt the cheese if needed.
