If someone accepts money for something in return, it's a consensual exchange between adults. If someone pays me to do 10 push-ups, I'm consenting to do them, as he is consenting to pay me. I can say "no" if I don't want to do the push-ups, nor get the money. I can do them without really wanting to,... I don't think many people want to wake up at 6 AM and drive to work at Walmart... but they consent to, because they get paid.
