@goldenagebartending: Edible Cellophane recipe that looks exactly like ultra-thin clear plastic by @diyacakesit Edible Cellophane recipe (with gelatine) 280 ml water 10g gelatine 1 tsp glycerine OR 3/4 tsp glycerine + 1/4 tsp glucose (this magic ingredient helps with elasticity) Add water gelatine and glycerine and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. Microwave or gently heat in the pan to dissolve. Add gel colour if needed. Spread on a non stick surface and wait for atleast 1- 2 days until completely dry before peeling off. Edible Plastic (vegetarian version) [Please note vegetarian version is more brittle due to the nature of vegan substitute.] 1 tsp agar agar 200ml water 1 tsp glycerine Boil the water and agar agar . Remove from heat and add the glycerine Spread on a non stick surface or tray Rest for atleast 2 days till dry. ----- Not sure about how I feel with this one... What is your opinion?
