@paulabflory: You can use the medical term mastectomy but it is an amputation. I chose a single amputation because I only had cancer on the left side. Cancer does not spread from breast to breast. Today is my yearly Mammo on the right and all these years later I still get nervous. Wish me luck! #breastcancer @Penn Medicine
