I’m sorry, but I’m a wrecker driver for 15 years and I’ve never seen a nail go through a sidewall before. I’ve seen a lot of flat tires and sidewall damage is done by hitting curbs and and the tire usually done after that. I see a lawsuit coming🤷🏽‍♂️we don’t even patch the inner walls much less put a plug in it.

The side wall plug stripped immediately 😂 that would last a block let alone I guarantee you it’s leaking if you put air in the tire. 😮‍💨💨

Wait, the first one won’t show bubbles because air takes the path of least resistance, there was still a gaping hole in the sidewall. By the time the second plug got put in the sidewall, there was no air left in the tire 😂😂😂

Sidewall puncter , get a new tire. Using that in the tread side is going to be fine for a short while sure, till the head is worn off and it starts to work its way to the inside. “ No it won’t do that that” yes it will and once the head is gone it will do it fairly quickly once it and the tire are warm and soft.
