I have a 2012 Kia Sorento 2.2L diesel, which has done 751,000 km on original engine and still running strong. I do oil change every 5000 km, or not exceeding 6500 km. and use Castrol 5W40. I still have the egr and dpf, since factory. egr and dpf is bad.

I didn't change the oil on my old Audi for about 4/5 years. Admittedly I was doing low miles but still... probably about 30k miles. I kept thinking I'd get rid of it. I still have it now 11 years later

I’ve got a 2018 Ford Fiesta Titanium 1.5 TDCi. The manual recommends a service every 18,000 miles 😕 It’s on 93,000 miles now and hasn’t had any issues yet

We do over a 1 mil Km's on our Toyota Hilux pick ups. Castrol GTX 15w d40 is the only oil we use. Never failed us. Oil change every 10k and soon you'll see the kms go from 999999km to 0. No issues 💪

I change the oil every 15,000 km on my 2.0 TDI VW, I've done 310,000 km, the engine started consuming oil in the last thirty thousand or so, so I have to add 1-2 liters of oil between services.
