@mir.fit: You should find a weight that you can’t do more than 8 reps with, try to hit 8 reps with controlled form on the 1st set & then go up 5lbs on the second set and aim for 6 reps. Once you can hit 8 reps clean on both sets after a week or so, Up the weight and repeat. This is called progressive overload‼️ | My full split is linked in bio.
