I'm doing the same thing for a flight soon! the jams are SUCH a fun festive addition! Someone told me that flight attendants need to tip out shuttles, so tossing $1 in each is a great addition too!

We always appreciate little gifts or words of gratitude! It really makes us feel good when passengers recognize us. You can always give the goodie bags when you board or throughout the flight.
