@journeywithlina_: Wine country but make it a Christmas village 🎄 That’s exactly how Merry Meritage at @The Meritage Resort and Spa feels, and it’s such an easy holiday escape from San Francisco. This year’s holiday village is back for the 2025 season and it’s one of my favorite Christmas experiences in Napa. Save this for your visit: 🎄 Private igloos Cozy rink-side igloos typically start around $175 for up to 6 people for 2 hours. The reservation includes a bottle of sparkling wine or cider plus cookies, and you can order extra bites and drinks from Santa’s Tavern and the festive food stands to enjoy inside your igloo. 🔥 Fire pits Fire pits usually start around $175 for up to 5 people for 2 hours and come with a s’mores kit so you can toast marshmallows while watching the rink and lights. Such a cute option for a small group night out. ⛸️ Ice skating Skating on Napa’s largest outdoor rink starts around $19–$34 per person for about a 90 minute session with skate rental, depending on the day and time. ✨ Festive extras Expect daily “snow,” a giant Christmas tree by the rink, Tinsel Teas and Sparkling High Tea, Storytime with Santa, gingerbread house workshops, live music, and a big tree lighting to kick off the season. 🗓️ 2025 season For 2025, Merry Meritage is scheduled to run from November 29, 2025 to January 4, 2026, with most experiences open roughly 11 AM to 10 PM.
